Orders & Returns

Hope they are clear and not too harsh!

1:ORDERS

We aim to despatch all orders within 3 days of receiving payment. You will not be able to cancel your order 3 days after payment, or after your order has been shipped. 

 

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail first class post, this is unfortunately non trackable but should be with you within 3-5 working days.

 

2:RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

To return or exchange your product, you need to e-mail us at info@milliondollartramp.co.uk to get authorisation once you have this please return your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

You should consider using a trackable postage service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you need to exchange your item for a different size send an email to info@milliondollartramp.co.uk explaining the new size needed. Once approved please return to:

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
